Volunteer/Project Information
Through the years the annual Draper Days pioneer celebration has witnessed a variety of trials and triumphs. The key to those triumphs has always been community involvement - the dedication of volunteers willing to contribute their time and talents to bring neighbors together.

Due to Draper's ever growing population, producing a week long series of of events capable of attracting and engaging thousands of participants - of all ages - creates an ever growing challenge. Many tasks can be relegated to for-profit enterprises, but feedback from Draper families convinces us that the need for free or low-cost activities is still a primary concern.

To keep Draper Days affordable and accessible for everyone we need help from the community. As you can see below, there are a variety of opportunities to volunteer, regardless of whether you can commit a week over the next few months or a couple of hours during Draper Days itself. By visiting this site you have already taken the first step and we thank you for considering becoming one of our vital volunteers.

The Draper Days Committee, the entity that manages Draper Days, is always looking for people that are interested in becoming involved in managing particular events and participating in the management of Draper Days as a whole. We especially need people with experience in event management, fundraising or event promotions. However, regardless of your background or experience, if you would like to get more involved in planning and managing Draper Days, we are looking for you!
