Draper City Single Event License Draper City requires that all vendors at Draper Days obtain a Draper City Single Event Business License, even if you already have a valid business license from Draper City. This requirement is waived for political candidates and elected officials that wish to have a booth for campaigning or constituent outreach.   To apply for the Single Event Business License, complete the application form and submit it to Draper City. If you have any questions, please contact Nancy Bishop, the Draper City Business License Official, at 801-576-6530.   There is a $20 fee for the Single Event Business License. However, that fee is waived if you have a valid business license in any Utah jurisdiction.   Failure to have a valid Single Event Business License from Draper City may result in being barred from participating in Draper Days. The Draper Days Committee will not refund any vendor fees due to a failure to obtain this license.   This year's deadline for applying for your Draper City Single Event License is July 11th.
	Temporary Sales Tax Number If you intend to sell as a vendor at Draper Days you must get a Temporary Sales Tax Number. A portion of sales tax goes to local tax entities, so a special tax ID is used to ensure that sales tax generated at Draper Days goes to the appropriate local tax entities. If you have a permanent Utah Tax ID, you MAY NOT use that ID for reporting sales tax generated at Draper Days.   The Utah State Tax Commission will send representatives to the Park Festival to issue temporary sales tax numbers to all vendors that need one. Typically, you are responsible for sending in sales tax information for the event ten (10) days after the event is complete.   If you are a nonprofit organization and believe you should be exempt from sales tax, then you should bring your nonprofit tax number (starts with an "N") with you to the Park Festival.
