Non-Food Vendor (top▲)
We welcome both information booths, those that are marketing services or products, as well as those that offer on-site services or products. Candidates for public office may lease a booth for campaigning purposes.
 
Hours of Operation: Friday (7/18) 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday (7/19) 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM
Location: Park Festival at Draper Days (Draper City Park, 12500 South 1300 East)
 
Booths available for lease include:
 
    10'x10' space with one (1) 8'x3' table, with canopy                ....    $175
    10'x10' corner space with two (2) 8'x3' tables, with canopy    ....    $250
 
    Please Note: Draper Days does not offer access to electrical power for non-food vendors. Vendors are permitted to provide their own generator, providing it does not interfere with the
    operation of other vendors. The Draper Days Committee reserves the right to require vendors to discontinue the use of their generator if it is deemed a nuisance or a risk.
 
Booth sharing is permitted, but both participants must submit a complete application.
 
The purpose of Draper Days is to provide a forum for community activities, promote a positive image of Draper City, enhance the community as a whole, and expose community members and visitors to the services available in Draper and surrounding communities. We ask all vendors wishing to participate to make their booth or activity consistent with these goals. We also recommend that whatever the ultimate purpose of your booth that you try to make it interactive by included a game, drawing or activity for the crowd.

In addition to applying to be a vendor with the Draper Days organizers, vendors may require a Single Event Business License from Draper City, a temporary sales tax number and other licenses or permits. Click here for information about other vendor requirements
Terms & Conditions
  1. Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. Participants are not guaranteed space in the location of their choice.
  2. The Draper Days Committee reserve the right to reassign booth locations at any time.
  3. Vendors must participate once booth has been assigned. Draper Days will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. There is no fee credit given to vendors if they choose not to participate, for any reason.
  4. Vendors must setup their booths and participate during the entire Park Festival. They may not choose to participate only during certain days or hours.
  5. Booth space and sales privileges may not be sold, sublet or transferred in any way.
  6. Participants in Draper Days, their employees and their family members, shall be appropriately dressed (shirts and shoes required) and conduct themselves in an orderly and businesslike manner.
  7. No person shall deface or otherwise abuse Draper City Park, including any plants or landscaping.
  8. All table coverings must be neat, clean and no more that three (3) inches from the ground on all sides.
  9. All booth decorations must be in good taste and conform to generally accepted community standards.
  10. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed or sold at Draper City Park.
  11. Parking will be limited. Please bring one car to the designated vendor parking areas. Additional parking options will be announced before the event.
  12. Participants must police all streets, curbs, sidewalks and areas surrounding their booth and remove ALL liter that results from their activities. Vendors must remove all boxes and containers used in the transportation of their merchandise BEFORE the Park Festival begins. Empty boxes may be stored under tables as long as they are not visible (i.e. under the drape). When removing or dismantling setups, all participants must clean their own space of any debris.
  13. All participants shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Draper City and the Draper Community Foundation, their officers, agents, volunteers, and employees, against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, penalties, or liabilities by any name of any kind or nature whatsoever, which may sustain or incur, or which ma be imposed upon them or any of them, for injury to or death of any person, or damage to any property or any loss incurred, as a result of, or arising out of, the participant’s acts or omissions in connection with Draper Days. No person or business participating in Draper Days shall state, imply, or otherwise suggest that Draper City, the Draper Community Foundation, or the Draper Days Committee endorses, sponsors, or supports the views and/or opinions of their organization, candidate, product or service
 
Food Vendor (top▲)
The Draper Days Food Vendor Chair (Fred Ross) is charged with offering booth space only to the finest food vendors that meet our high standards. Therefore, food vendors are not selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food Vendor Booth Fee: $200
        Payment in full is due within ten (10) days of being selected as one of our Food Vendors
We Supply:
   -10'x10' space on a cement slab (add'l space available for add'l fee)
   - 120V, 15A power to the food court area
   - a large canopy with tables and chairs to serve as a shared food court eating area
